      Great mission, smart people, and nice to have access to Google perks.

      Cons

      What is the corporate culture? When will leadership address the lack of accountability? Some teams are swamped others just phone it in and lay blame. More needs to accelerate the integration with Verily. Are we "one Verily" or an afterthought?

      great mission and some very smart people

      Cons

      high turnover - seems most of the company has started since the beginning of the pandemic leaders set unrealistic deadlines - then miss them because they don't hold themselves accountable long hours and endless firedrills
