Pros

There are many nice, friendly and talented artists. Really love Lighting and Animation Departments!

Cons

Untalented and outrageous liar Management! Confirm everything via e-mail. Fix everything documentary. Really hard to achieve the contract conditions. Absolutely disrespectful to employees, although tries to seem polite, honest and friendly (it is a fake). Unprofessional CG & RND supervisors: usurp shamelessly other people's achievements. Absolutely flagrantly! Strictly don't recommend this studio to talented and ambitious people who really adore their job, as you will be suppressed and completely demotivated how management works. Do not consider this place as the studio there you can grow professionally as supervisors really worry about their positions and don't allow other people to progress in their specialities, because really afraid to be shifted and suppress everybody! Management and supervisors play intrigues. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour. Hope this will help to somebody to don't make the mistake.

Pros

End product looks good. Good effort to push the quality of the art in general. A good place to start if you are starting out.

Cons

Some mid-level management does funny things to their own team, to make themselves look good. The higher management know what is going on, but somehow refused to take action against these people. People considering leaving current company for One Animation should note that this company might just do massive layoff from time to time. It is a company that does not really value people as human beings, but more of an item that can be used and thrown whenever. I have seen people left stable jobs in big studios for a high position in this company to be laid-off after awhile. Good way to screw with people's life.
