Pros

Working at One Day is very rewarding because you know you are contributing towards children around the country being able to access fun and creative learning. It feels exciting because they are at the forefront of promoting online safety and mindfulness in schools - which is really important in these times! The office has a really good atmosphere and everyone helps each other which is also really nice. There is also the opportunity to be involved in other projects the company run such as Stir Crazy Kids so there is a varied day to day working life.

Cons

It isn't really a downside but, as with lot of things, there are very, very busy periods and then less busy times dependent on the time of year so you need to ensure you are prepared for those busy times, keep focussed and be super organised so that you can provide the support needed to all the 70+ facilitators around the country.
