I thoroughly enjoyed my time working at One Future Collective. My review is perhaps biased as a leadership team member. However, its a great place to learn quickly with fantastic colleagues who really care about the issue.
Cons
It will not work for you if you are not a self-starter and do not bring a certain level of intrinsic motivation to your job. We are also a hybrid team so you have to be very comfortable working remotely as needed.
