      Growing Company with lots of Opportunity

      Pros

      Flexible schedule, supportive management, and coworkers. There have been a lot of changes due to growth and restructuring which creates a lot of new opportunities. Recently there has been a shift in focus and the vision of the company is more deliberate and clear.

      Cons

      There is a group of employees who have a hard time meeting expectations and seem to put in less effort than others. Also with the recent changes and restructuring (which has been good) there are some employees who are having a hard time adjusting and are creating resistance and frustration within the organization.

      Pros

      If you like low pay and lots of hour and want to feel baby sat this is the job for you.

      Cons

      They will baby sit you and look over your shoulder, expect a lot with a little reward to no reward. You will not be trained just thrown into the position and be expected to know everything and already know how every little thing works. And if you don’t expected to get called out and yelled at on company wide phone calls. They will belittle you and degrade you. They will strip you of any pride you though you had. They have a lot of things they need to figure out but if you ask them they are in “18 states and growing fast” Lie lie lies, they sugar coat everything to make it look amazing then once your in it’s a bad story.

      On the surface a great little company. People are very friendly and lots of great promises are made.

      Cons

      Then none of the promises ever happen. Huge turn over rate.
