      Horrible managament

      Pros

      There are a lot of young, friendly people in Creatives and Editorial who are responsible and value teamwork

      Cons

      The management is horrible, a three-people job is given to one person, and the Sales team will expect them to achieve everything without overtime pay. The Sales Team is horrible and only the bosses and fellow Account Managers are the ones who get compensated properly for all that hard work. They have little to no respect towards the Creatives team.
