- Funny, talented, colleagues - Transparent leadership who trust you to do what's needed - I feel like I'm making a big impact and an important part of the company's journey - Generous bonus scheme - Great product which is receiving strong candidate feedback

Cons

Nothing comes to mind. I'm loving my time here. I'd strongly recommend it as a place to work.

Incredibly open, fun culture with great communication and teamwork. Super high level of trust in colleagues and leadership and confidence that everyone is aligned and working together. The company is also growing and has a great product and customers, which makes it a professionally rewarding place to work and know you are making a difference.

Blame culture has emerged. Finger-pointing and throwing people under the bus. Little effort to understand root causes, empower people or set clear expectations. Weak leadership.
