Pros

This is easily the best job I've had in my career. The culture is open, entrepreneurial, and filled with kind, talented people. The quality of the work is off the charts and well balanced between multiple disciplines. And our client base is wonderful. Get to work on the biggest brands. Really happy to have landed this role.

Cons

401k and HSA contributions could be better - but honestly it's hard to find a con to bring up.

- Make your own hours so long as you're making meetings - Great bunch of people to work with, I really love my team - I feel supported by my higher ups

Cons

- Agency work can be volatile at times - Sometimes there is a lot of context switching, but that can also be viewed as a positive, to switch things up
