Pros
Fantastic company to work for, in terms of package they provide consultants include a good base, good bonus structure and company perks such as client/work events. In terms of personal service this is definitely the best agency I’ve worked for in Glasgow they treat candidates as well as there consultants with respect, flexibility to do your job and like one of the family. Left due to relocation and had full support from management throughout.
Cons
None I can think of, generally a good growing agency.

Pros
Pay is fair and Paul is always happy to review. Karen is always on help to help, supportive and helpful without being intrusive, great level of autonomy given.
Cons
Not always the same perks as the bigger companies however, One Recruitment offer a more personal approach and you’re not just another number.
