Pros

- Decent pay - Mostly friendly people

Cons

- They do not adequately train. It feels like they want you to fail. There needs to be at least a full day of in-person training for fundraising before you're made to actually go out. They clearly are not judicious in their hiring process and instead prefer to hire a large number of people, hoping they will quit quickly and the people who come in with skills will prevent them from having to train employees. The bonus scale also feels intentionally obtuse and overly complicated.
