      - Solar is a booming industry, job is very secure - The CEO is a really good person to work for. I've never worked at a place where I felt the boss cared about the health and happiness of his employees, but I definitely feel that here. He is easy to talk to if you have any problems, and will help however he can, within reason - Coworkers are also good people.

      Cons

      Solar is a little boring in my opinion. Dealing with bureaucrats is tedious and annoying sometimes.
