Good pay, flexible with working from home,fun company events
Cons
Policies and procedures are not in place and those that are change day to day, no business structure within the operations and project mgmt team, if you're in sales, this is for you- sales team runs the company, didn't feel that I had the support from my direct report.

Pros
Sometimes the sales staff caters food for their meetings. If you are lucky, you can get some scraps. Nice office. Nice area of Austin. NOC staff where awesome people.
Cons
No windows, or light to the outside world for the NOC. It's a freaking dungeon! Spent a ton of money "renovating" the NOC with "new" (resurfaced) cube walls and chairs, instead of getting us the tools that we had been asking for. Poor compensation Engineering team is very self centered. Techs are not valued as humans. Sales will "throw you under the bus" without even blinking poor management style (outside of the NOC). They destroyed an awesome break room to install cubes for project managers. Will tell you that they are working on making the company better, and that they hear, and understand our advice/ suggestions, but do nothing to change.
