Pros
If you are prepared to work hard the rewards are there, the company goes out of there way to support the staff in many different areas, including staff well-being, training, and financial support. It also had the feeling of a family-run business who are very forward-thinking.
Cons
It didn't work out for me, but that wasn't any fault of the company. Mark Jones.

Probably always being told your gonna be Sacked
Cons
Always told your not good enough Sacked about 100 employees including hiring 20 apprentices and sacking about 17 of them. Company is family biased meaning if you’re not related you stand no chance. Management unqualifed and have no idea what they’re doing
