Pros

The only pro is a 10% discount for Tesco

Cons

Where do I start? Low wages, no sick pay, expected to work 16 hours and be paid for 9, terrible management. Area managers lie and cover up for managers in their inner circle, anyone outside of this your days are numbered. Managers have no back bone and are more than happy to stitch up staff whilst covering their own mistakes. Absolutely terrible company

Pros

The only pros to working for one stop are the 10% discount at Tesco and making some real and close friends. The rest of the job and the company are a joke.

Cons

This could go on... Long hours, low pay, management without a clue, area managers who lie every time they open their mouths, a cutler amongst managers of "who can be the biggest slave driver"
