Pros

Managers make you work hard by motivating you for promotion. They do promote one from 10,000 new hiring in two years.

Cons

Many new hire working hard in streets of Los Angeles County. For example, sales associate offered free phone to low income in the streets. They make you work from 6AM to 5PM because every body need to practice sales pitch for one hour and pack the items for sale. They paid $10 for every free phone but we had to approach at least 40 people to be able to get one qualified candidate with low income.
