      Supportive colleagues and good hours, but difficult personalities

      Pros

      Stable work environment though challenging. People that care. Good Hours. Good opportunity

      Cons

      Weather is hard. Personalities are difficult. Working with people that have negative personalities can bring a team down quick. Management tries to help these people, sometimes they don't want help.

      You get hours upon hours of work.

      Cons

      Poor management with disrespect attitudes and awful communication skill, ironic for a communication company. Can not recommend in good faith, especially considering they try to consider themselves a "Christian" company. No "Christian" company would act in such a manner and then claim faith. A total facade and sham of people who don't deserve the light of day.
