Pros

Great place to build relationships. Friendly coworkers. Lots to learn. Opportunity to learn new skills in my career.

Cons

Low pay in many positions. Benefits are not great. High benefit premiums, high deductibles. If you have dependents it’s even more expensive. A former pro was flexibility with a hybrid schedule but now management has been more strict about being in the office. Teams usually have more on their plate but management doesn’t approve hiring for more support.
