      Worst company ever seen in IT

      Pros

      Whenever they want to hire and whenever they want, they fire the Employees and Policy keep changing as on they want no process at all. Full of dirty politics with Sr Managment. Not fit for single star also. If you want to work here, then be prepared to work as layman with MD if not you are fired since MD speaks only firing the resource not hiring the resources

      Cons

      The people who can do buttering to India MD those people can be survived in the company if not you are fired. If you are not from process orientated company background then it will be good if not it will be worst in India whenever they want they will send to Gujarat by force and from Gujarat to Bangalore
