1. You may learn Open Source technologies. 2. You will get tea, TWICE.
Cons
1. Idli-Sambar fellas will be around to un-comfort you, easily. 2. Projects, NOTHING. 3. No technical knowledge for local management. 4. Be ready to do any work which are not related to your profile. 5. Hiring n Firing else reduction of salary to half is common. 6. Have to work all night to compensate US timings and no recognition of your work, hence no compensation for the same 7. If you are a programmer, be ready to do some testing of non-working tool and get the blame for not fixing it. Else settle yourself by writing some documents what they ask.

Nothing at all and they dont have any thing which I can say is good
Cons
The company management except 1-2 guys are very bad and except these two guys others are very confused and they done have any project and they are good in training not in other aspects. Very bad management in the company and I will not recommend to any one. They will decrease your salary and they fire any time.
