      There are a lot of pros... I will mention some below. 1- Very Friendly Management 2- Good Work Environment 3- Good Salary as per the market standards 4- Work Life Balance - Awesome

      1- Less no of projects 2- Entering into a different area of technologies without having detail GTM plan.
