Pros

-fashionable interior design office -alcohol on tap -some cool projects -great talented peers -connection to bensimon Byrne and narrative resources.

Cons

-Total and undeniable favouritism in the office. -zero bonuses because funds go to funding alcohol on tap instead, which gets used up by everyone and anyone that visits the office. -management has no problem with ongoing sexist jokes in meetings which makes everyone uncomfortable. -no HR department to deal with issues. -no processes for feedback or progress reporting. -Reviews don’t happen or are delayed by months. -high turnover rate and retention, putting pressure on existing employees. -the owner likes to show off his cool office, go to raptors games and fly around Europe eating expensive steaks on his endless vacations while everyone else works weekends and unpaid overtime.

Not worth it

Pros

A lot of nice people and potential to work on cool projects.

Cons

They try to pacify employees with beer and "fun" to distract from the terrible working environment. Low pay, employees are overworked and given no support.

Pros

Loose culture. You can basically play and drink all day. They've got a basketball court, let you take your dog to work. Known for their parties. Direct access to Bensimon Byrne and Narrative for a wider range knowledge base.

Cons

Zero professional development opportunities. Burn out rate is very high. Good projects only goes to those 'in the fam'. Management is stretched thin. Notorious for late nights. No process in place.
