Pros

Any positives that could have once been noted about this company have died. There was a time when I would have said that this company was amazing; the technology, the people, the work, everything. All of that is gone now.

Cons

Nepotism - Upper management is ~75% family members Ineptitude - Among the C-suite, there is almost no experience in agriculture or robotics, strange for an agriculture automation company Opacity - You don't need to know what's going on, you need to do what you're told. Disrespect - you will not be provided adequate resources to do your job properly, and you will be asked to do jobs that you didn't agree to. Your opinions on your team, or the company at large will be ignored. Classism - The C-suite got themselves a cushy air conditioned office 45 minutes away from the main facility, while all the employees work in a warehouse in phoenix in the summer. If you're not management (or family) you'll be treated like a second class citizen. Ignorance - Upper management doesn't know what's going on with the company because they are never around with the rest of the company. Toxic positivity - it is not your place to question leadership, you should accept all orders with a smile on your face. Nothing is ever wrong. You are happy, or else.

Bad leadership no communication

Pros

Work can be independent and you're trusted to make big decisions.

Cons

Leadership does not communicate or listen to employee concerns. They retaliate when safety concerns are brought up. They engage in illegal worker contracts and break OSHA laws. People have gotten seriously hurt and the company does not believe they have a duty to keep employees safe. In terms of work, a lot of decisions are made without research, evidence or thought put in. Everyone is just waiting for the company to shut down and cash out.
