Pros
The leaders are very transparent about the company wide decisions and how they will effect the team. The firm will invest in initiatives/training for you to grow in your role.
Cons
The teams are small and you can feel siloed depending on the project structure. There is plenty of support available - you just need to initiate asking for support.

Pros
Great work / life balance, supportive mentors & leaders, small but talented group of people, increasing diversity of people, lots of room to grow and find your niche, honest and transparent leadership (even with the tough questions). Consulting methodology is a good balance of pushing cutting edge tech + practical implementations.
Cons
Small companies aren't for everyone. Some structures like refined training programs or detailed career paths aren't in place.
