Pros

Great place to work if your life evolves around sports and you enjoy being micromanaged all the way down to placing your coffee cup in the dishwasher and counting how many pieces of toilet paper you use in the restroom. All the free premium coffee one could ever desire, but there is probably a camera watching and counting each sip. Managing partner is not cheap, but he is sure to make you aware of this. This company is also big on offering opportunities for charity donations from employees that can barely make ends meet on the low pay given - this is a pro for charities but a con for those who cannot even make ends meet but it sure makes "the company" look good.

Cons

Low pay, no annual reviews but preferential treatment and higher salaries are given to certain preferred individuals. No appreciation or recognition is shown for extra effort and dedication where credit is due, but some are certainly recognized for being at work on a given day and smiling for a photo. Harsh criticism and termination threats are given without any hesitation to fully comprehend or discuss actual facts. Although the company does compensate $50 per month to use ones personal cell phone for business use, one is expected to have company email on it and to answer business calls 24/7, regardless of the time of day or night and you may be threatened if you do not take a call or respond to an email.

Pros

I learned a lot working at OneSource about the industry and what a "Project Coordinator" does. Because of this after being laid off I was able to get a far better paying job. I don't drink coffee or tea so I guess the free water was good?

Cons

I won't sit here and bash the company has a number of this already reviewed have been brought up. If you get hired as a Project Coordinator just know that you could lose your job at any time. Maybe your account gets too slow or you get moved to a different account that ends up going kaput. Well you'll end up on the chopping block. Same goes for the Call Center. Every few months the call center get gutted because things slow down. Then there is too much work for them to handle, so the process starts again. As A PC, be prepared to be on call 24/7. But also note that you need permission from your manager to work anything outside of normal hours. Which will also be an issue because most of the time over time is not allowed. SO, be prepared to have to explain why you got over time x times in a row etc. Then also know that you may be asked to come in later or leave early so you don't actually get paid for any of that over time. But anything happening with your account while you are not at work so that you don't get over time pay is still your responsibility. Thus the cycle continues.

Pros

thinking...still thinking...oh yeah Free coffee

Cons

-Top executives have no respect for employees that are not upper upper management; this tendency trickles down into other departments as well - Senior managers/ team leads don't have the proper training needed to direct a large group of individuals - Lack of consistency in management; allowing perks to certain employees and limiting the same perks to others The Department is run by people that have no idea what it takes to be a leader.. The current staff hate what they are doing and dislike the direction that Department is going. They will stab you in the back and try to drown you
