      Pros

      I have been doing recruiting for several years and have worked with many staffing agencies. OneSource Staffing is unique in their approach. The integrity of the owner is prime and is filtered down through the team. Both Clients and Candidates are treated the same and with the upmost priority. I have never worked for such an amazing organization.

      Cons

      The days are too short.

      Pros

      The owner and bosses are a delight as well as the company in general. You feel like one big family and they're not like other staffing companies. They care about their employees, clients and candidates. They truly want to help everyone with their career goals. I highly recommend them for all your staffing or employment needs.

      Cons

      None this is the best company I have come into contact with in the staffing industry.
