Pros

There is one pro that you will later find is an actual con, the pay. You will feel like your life is slipping out of your hands and at the start you will say to yourself "the pay is ok" but you will later see that it is actually crap compared to better companies.

Cons

Unhappy work place. Boring. People are not nice. There is no team work just a bunch of complaining and fighting. They have no insight to their market place. They lock customers into some seriously over complicated products so they don't have to worry about them leaving (because they cant). Save youself some time and just stay away from this place. The recruitment teams they use are a bunch of liars who talk up the company like its an up and comer because they have money in the bank but at the end of the day the only thing they have is a bunch of smaller companies in their pocket and a crap team to work with.

Pros

Many good people and some very cleaver technology, especially in the mobile application space. Salary is at market rate and sometimes slightly higher.

Cons

Need to work on teamwork between regions and internal teams. Loose the us and them attitude, everyone is on the same team.

Pros

Flexible and remote work (for the most part). Health insurance wasn't horrible

Cons

Absolute worst place to work now that Matt is the CEO. He hired a bunch of yes-men into the exec team and began gutting the company. We went into the SKO 2023 with lots of promise for the years to come but now it’s constant lay off cycle after lay off cycle. There is absolutely no vision except “look like we make money.” Execs and management continue to fire entire departments that hold vital knowledge for legacy or new products. All info is siloed and difficult to find. The onboarding is nonexistent outside of product knowledge. Job-specific training is left to already overworked team members and is complete disorganized (it’s mostly sink or swim). The product vision is completely skewed and most of the newest releases are for things clients don’t care about. Very basic and necessary features are overlooked for half-cocked, grandiose releases. Management doesn’t care about you at all. This company has lost the spark it once had. Do not consider working here. No position is safe — even if you are a top performer or product expert.
