1) Geriatric management.
2) The company has more managers than there are developers actually doing the job.
3) Management has no clear vision of how to be a pioneer and create differentiating factors in their line of business. For obvious reasons, they are too old and should retire.
4) Instead of retiring and hiring young business managers and developers, they are hiring more managers which are good for nothing and are a financial burden on the company.
5) Salary is a joke. One of the worst paymaster's in Australia.
6) Too much micromanagement and unhealthy work culture. Each and every minute at work will be tracked. Your every activity is monitored and sniffed and used against you when the need arises. Managers bully the developers while they (managers), themselves are a big liability to the company and are doing more bad than good to the business.
Advice to job seekers:- Keep this company as last resort. Join only if you dont have any other alternative.
