    I have been working at OneVue full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    It’s a strange time to write on Glassdoor for the first time. Lives are being changed as we face a disease that has spread across the globe. It is rare for society to be afflicted so universally. Generally, in times of crisis the unaffected can rally around the affected. Our workplace is fortunate to have outstanding leadership, with Connie and the Management team guiding the company through this period. They have shown great care and compassion for staff and the clients. This hasn’t been an easy period but they have been calming and reasoned influences throughout. Stressful and difficult situations see many sides of people emerge. We are scared about what the future may hold in terms of our health. We are anxious about our jobs and the ability to provide for our families. OneVue has gone a long way in helping people understand exactly what is happening by messaging the facts. Management has also provided assurance over peoples jobs and frozen sick leave. They have done everything they can and more to help at this uncertain time.

    Cons

    Not for everyone, fast paced and very demanding clients.

    Don’t let the 4.2 rating fool you. After Covid-19, the management coerced their staff to give a good rating on Glassdoor when it was previously in 2.8

    There is literally nothing positive about working here

    Cons

    Some people in the company seem to be in the owners clique. If not, then you will not enjoy working here. We have been forced to write a review on Glassdoor. So here is my honest review! Long hours. Blame culture. Distaster after disaster. Lies about bonuses. Poor salaries. No pay rises. No job security. No diversity. This is the worst job I have ever had, and has got to be the worst place in Sydney to work.

    I worked at OneVue full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    They're great at faking high reviews for their business.

    Cons

    Onevue has been a broken company for years, and management has never changed a thing. They have on at least two occasions made their employees provide high ratings on this site, painfully obvious if you look at their ratings over time. They gaslight their employees, shift blame around and refuse to change despite huge burnout and staff turnover. Special shoutout for having the absolute worst tech-support team I've ever had the misfortune of working with. The people in management are yes-men-and-women, their true expertise is centred around throwing their staff under the bus for failed projects. Work here and you will get very used to failure, as you will not have the time, resources or support to get anything done on time.

    Pros

    There are no pros to working here.

    Cons

    Please avoid working here. It is an example of how staff should not be treated. There were so many negative reviews on Glassdoor that management created lots of fake accounts in March and April of 2020 which bumped Onevue's rating from 2.7 to 4.1. Please ignore these reviews for a true picture of the company.

    Extremely dynamic business touching multiple facets of the Australian Wealth Industry.     I have been working at OneVue full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    In this present global health & economic crisis, I consider myself so fortunate, hence, grateful to be an employee of OneVue. Connie Mckeage, our Group CEO, and the rest of the Management Team are showing their all-out support in providing various requirements to enable staff to efficiently work from home. As for me, so far, things are working well despite this significant change in work set up and environment. Connie is a very hands-on CEO. She's always around, greets us and knows us by our names. She makes us feel comfortable and important and spread good and positive atmosphere in the workplace.

    Problem with the system is sometimes frustrating but the good thing is that the fix is quick.

    Caring, accessible and communicative management team; fantastic support provided during this very difficult period coping with the Pandemic restrictions. Recognition, opportunities for promotions if you are prepared to work hard, look for solutions, help improve the business and work defectively in teams
