      -Most clinic staff seem genuinely passionate about their work. -Pharmacy cashiers do a great job of handling volume of patients. -Fantastic benefits package

      Cons

      -Lots of gossip and favoritism. -Management doesn’t seem to care about anything other than statistics. -May be made to preform tasks not corisponding to job description or ever discussed in interview process.

      The CMO is a narcissist who can't look someone in the eye unless it's a patient or a provider The Director of Nursing is awesome but micromanages everything and doesn't trust the managers below her to just manage their own teams
