No pros to working here at ALL

Cons

If you sleep with supervisors or are into Sipervisors who disriminate based on gender nationality etc.then this is the place for you!When abuses are reported to HR not one thing is done.No investigations nothing. When you work here you are contiunally reminded how replaceable you are and the favortism shown to others that are sleeping with Supervisors is glaringly apparent.If you do report anything to HR you become targeted for dismissal.

If you don't mind not having a home life you can work tons of overtime

Cons

Don't expect them to care that you want a life outside of work. Supervisors can be verbally abusive in your not in the "in cowd"

Cons

No sick days, they use your pto, get points for being sick even with dr notes. Company dances around the state laws. Terrible clueless management. Family ran so theres a lot of nepotism and favoritism. Company is ran terribly with no respect for operators. Poor raises and poor starting wages. Family members get special privileges. Get treated badly even when doing a good job. Nobody stays long term. No promotions. AVOID! Have to watch your checks weekly since hr always messes it up and under pays frequently. Forced weeked OT they dont tell you about. STRESS STRESS STRESS
