Pros

Flexible hours, weekly payment option

Cons

If hell had a customer service department, it would be called Onepilot. This company thrives on misleading, exploiting, and discarding workers, all while presenting itself as an innovative, ethical business. But make no mistake—this is a company built on lies, manipulation, and corporate greed at its absolute worst. Let’s start with their contracts, which are nothing short of a legal trap. While they’ll proudly advertise “earning potential” to lure in naïve and desperate people trying to make a living, the reality is that you’re forced to sign away any job security. They make it clear that you can be fired anytime, for any reason, with no explanation. There is no guaranteed income, and yet they have the audacity to recruit agents with promises of a stable career. It’s a blatant scam, wrapped up in a corporate smile. And don’t expect fair pay. Onepilot doesn’t care about living expenses, your struggles, or basic human decency. What they care about is figuring out how to squeeze every last drop of labor out of you while paying as little as possible. Their bonus system is a joke, a glorified scam to ensure that agents almost never receive real rewards. You’ll get minus 4 for the tiniest mistake but plus 1 even if you bend over backward and go above and beyond. In nearly two years, I received a plus 2 no more than five times. That’s how little they appreciate effort. Their punishment culture is relentless. You can spend 20 minutes solving a complicated ticket for 55 cents or handle a 40-minute customer call for £1.50, only to be hit with a minus 3 for some nonsense reason and stripped of any bonus. Making a decent wage is a fantasy here. And when agents dare to speak up about the unfair conditions, Onepilot pretends to be spotless, as if they are the untouchable angels of customer service. They ignore every request for improvement, every appeal for fairness, every cry for help. Their attitude toward criticism is beyond arrogant. They act as if they’re flawless, untouchable, and above reproach. But let’s be clear: everything about this company is misleading. The advertising, the job security, the pay, the treatment of agents—it’s all a façade. So, welcome to Onepilot, where the workers are overworked, underpaid, ignored, and discarded while the company gaslights them into thinking this is normal. Where criticism is silenced, exploitation is the business model, and agents are nothing more than disposable tools. To Onepilot’s clients: If you value ethics, fairness, or human dignity, reconsider supporting this company.

Pros

Struggling to find any . I suppose fully remote working

Cons

Terrible company. Pay is ridiculously low, paid per ticket and it can take hours to resolve. The company has no respect for the value of its staff and there's low morale within the team because everyone is fighting for the same tickets. I see people being refused employment because of the biased amongst the team and the company is run so badly

Hello, thank you for your candid feedback, and sorry to hear that you did not feel valued with us, this is definitely not the experience we want our heroes to have. The ticket pay is dynamic and should reflect how long each ticket takes to handle. If some are not well priced, feel free to let us know so we can look into it. Everyone is more than welcome to apply and join us. In fact, most of our UK team is made of ex-heroes :) Heroes in the UK currently earn on average about £15/h, with some top performers earning significantly more. The communication channels are very open and if you feel you have been disrespected in any way, you should definitely escalate this to me or our COO! Thank you for your feedback, and do not hesitate to send me an email so that we can keep improving! Take care, Victorien

Hello, Thanks for your feedback! We are glad you are enjoying our flexible schedule. 😊 Concerning the pay-by-ticket, it is true that we have a dynamic pay-by-ticket, based on how long the process takes - so tickets at 0.7€ would be simple and fast tickets, the Onepilot average pay-by-ticket is significantly higher. Our heroes earn on average 13-15€/h depending on markets. I would be more than happy to discuss it further with you if you would like. Victorien
