Pros

Onetrace is a supportive and collaborative place to work, with a strong team culture and a clear focus on building valuable solutions for customers. There are good opportunities to learn, take ownership, and contribute meaningfully, while working alongside approachable colleagues who genuinely care about the product and each other.

Cons

No major cons to mention. As with any growing company, priorities can occasionally shift as the business scales, but this also creates opportunities to adapt, learn, and contribute to meaningful improvements.

Pros

Onetrace is a SaaS start-up operating in the construction technology category and has developed one of the best products in the fire protection sub-category. All growth has been organic, with customer numbers doubling year-on-year for the past 5 years, providing a very stable foundation for future growth. The company is focused on supporting teams to excel at their work and make the right decisions. In terms of marketing, this means prioritising the development of core functions rather than targeting segments for which the product is not yet ready.

Cons

Highly typical challenges faced by start ups, if you want processes to have been built for you or don't want to wear a few hats, then it's not yet that type of company, but the growth trajectory suggests it will be.

Pros

I have been working for this company for 7 months and I have a lot of autonomy in my role. I am working on scoping and building customer support processes and optimising the delivery of that function. I feel trusted and valued by my colleagues and managers, who are extremely open and encouraging to feedback. The company culture is dynamic and fun, and everyone is open to new ideas. I have been made very welcome since I joined and I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team. The perks are also great, such as a nice atmosphere, treats throughout the month, and socials with the team that are fun and always different.

Cons

There are some areas that need improvement, such as alignment and cross-team collaboration. Sometimes the communication between different teams or departments is not clear or consistent, which can lead to confusion or missed opportunities.
