Annual Trips & Team Activities – Promotes team bonding and a positive work environment.

Cons

To be fair, in my experience so far, I haven’t faced any major negative aspects. The work culture has been supportive, projects have been good, and I’ve had strong learning opportunities with direct client exposure. Any challenges were mostly project-specific and part of normal growth.

I also had the opportunity to work with talented colleagues and supportive managers who were approachable and willing to help whenever needed. The company offers a good learning environment for developers who want hands-on experience with real-world business problems and client interactions.
