HR here is of no use and only designed to make salary deductions, and if there is a concern raised to them the only reply you will receive is that's how things work here and get used to it. You get pay deductions for d most silly reasons and it gives you a salary of the month on d 15th of the following month, in d interview you will be told it's alternate 6 day working but its a mis guiding statement used by them. Being a travel company incentive is one of the most important aspect you decide to work with these guys, however if you perform in Jan you get d incentives for Jan in the month of May, so a wait period of 3 months. Also the incentive plan is lowest as per the current market standards. They charge you a sum of 2500 INR for transport which is deducted from your salary. Note: Mentioned above are the policies for everyone, be it mid management too. Join at your own risk.

Just started giving maternity leaves after so many court cases filled on company for diff illegal things like 4days salary DEDUCTIONS, forcefully work on gazzted holidays,if anyone exceed break by just a second will be marked half-day,if carry mobile phone they will deduct 5000 rs from salary, deductions for not wearing I Card, deductions for wearing casual,not switching off p.c etc and many more.there are several cases filled this year against this company for missleading of provident fund, no allowance for night shift, no bonus, not getting paid for gazzted off many more things .
