Pros

Some coworkers are nice before they inevitably leave for a better opportunity You get donuts or lunch, rarely

Cons

There is no opportunity for promotion, they will always fill leadership roles by hiring from outside the company They no longer give raises higher than 2% annually They have taken away many amenities such as the massage chair room, weekly breakfast from Panera on Fridays, company-wide events and cruises Constantly short-staffed from people leaving Production and performance has slowed and is blamed on employees rather than on poor management for forcing employees to seek work elsewhere A budget proposal must be submitted to request the smallest improvement to your working environment Work culture has become uncomfortable and toxic

I'm sorry to hear that you are no longer enjoying your experience with the company. I would welcome a conversation with you if you would like to reach out. I find most of your feedback to be in-accurate from my perspective and I would be very interested to discuss with you so I can better understand you concerns and use your feedback to improve the company for the benefit of all our team members that are here. In regard to the critical feedback on pay: That is completely wrong on the percentage amount of raises. 2% would be for an employee who is under performing or completely topped out in their role and not interested/capable of expanding their ability. Our average wage increase is significantly higher than 2%. Middle to higher performers and employees who are expanding skills and roles are getting significant raises. We are constantly evaluating the market and our goal is to be very competitive when it comes to pay for similar roles & positions in the market. We consistently promote from within. In fact, our 2 most recent management roles that opened up were filled by internal rather than external candidates. In regard to the massage chair room: The chairs were moved to the game and entertainment rooms as the massage chair space had to be converted to an office. You are more than welcome to use the massage chairs in those spaces. All companies have to focus on being efficient and continuously drive improved results. We consistently raise expectations for the benefit of our all our team members. We have an obligation to push the company forward and we are always going to try to raise the bar. We would never blame poor production on the employees as we are all on the team together. If your manager or supervisor is only blaming his/her employees and that is causing low morale in your department, then let me know who your supervisor or manager is, and I will have a frank discussion with him or her. It is on all of us as a team to produce results and any poor performance blame would be shared by us all. In regard to the budget approval process: You supervisor or manager will be happy to look at any request and not everything has to go through a budget approval process. I would be interested to hear what you claim is being denied. As far as I know, all reasonable requests are being filled with little to no pushback. In regard to company events: We have a significant budget for departmental events, and we have pushed many of the decisions for company breakfast / lunches (e.g. Panera on Fridays) down to the department managers. I can tell you we have significant funds going to employee team building, lunches and training at the department level. Since I don't know what department you are in, I can't really comment on your department's company breakfast or lunches. We do offer remote work in some departments depending on the role. You are welcome to make a request to your manager or supervisor and they can evaluate your request. If you were turned down on your request, then your department is not a department where we are offering remote work at this time, or your manager didn't see it as a good fit for the company due to potential performance concerns. As mentioned, I would encourage you to reach out to me if you care to discuss and want to help to move the company forward. - Dave C./CEO

I would welcome a conversation with you if you would like to reach out. I find a lot of your feedback to be in-accurate from my perspective and I would be very interested to discuss with you so I can better understand your feedback and use it to improve the company for the benefit of all our team members that are here. In regards to the critical feedback; Pay: We are constantly evaluating the market and our goal is to be very competitive when it comes to pay for similar roles & positions in the market. In addition, we are always looking to increase pay as our team members’ skills & experience improve. Raises: Your information about raises is inaccurate, and I would be very interested to know who would have told you that as it isn't true at all. We have always given annual pay increases to all our team members and continue to give pay increases in all departments - especially the ones with new managers. Healthcare costs: We evaluate our healthcare offering each year and our healthcare insurance costs to our team members are actually considered better than the peer group we benchmark against. Our healthcare plan has very good benefits and low deductibles which can make it expensive relative to some of the low benefit plans that exist in the market. I can also tell you first hand that the original owners are still very involved and working very hard on growing the business. We have grown quite a bit over the last few years so it can be difficult to have close knit relationships with every person in the company, but I can assure you that our leaders are definitely trying hard to maintain relationships and keep a close-knit organization. As mentioned, I would encourage you to reach out to me if you care to discuss. - Dave C.

I'm sorry to hear that your experience at Online Labels Group hasn't lived up to your hopes. As a company, we have a lot of opportunities that we are going after. The changes we are making are in an effort to set the company up for more future growth and success. We are not interested in stagnating, nor do I believe the company is stagnating. Our leadership team is very focused on growth and continuously growing. I can assure you that we are continuing to grow and improve on a daily basis, and I'm sorry if you haven't felt that in your area of the company or for yourself. Evolving is never an easy thing as it requires everybody to make changes to what they have been doing, and I know this has been difficult for some of our team members. We are not looking to cut corners and taking care of our team members is something that I believe is critical to our long-term success. I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the warehouse management, and I am happy to listen to any feedback you can provide in that area. Also, we take safety seriously so if you have seen something you deem to be a safety issue and you have said something and no action has been taken then I would like you to bring it to me immediately. I can then review the issue and work with our safety coordinator to correct it immediately. I would encourage you to reach out to me if you care to discuss any of these issues, and you want to help to move the company forward. - Dave C./CEO
