Very hostile work environment. No work life balance, and zero recognition for hard work. I worked 3+ years, took pride in my job even as exhausted as I was. And exceeded company and property goals. Never once was I given more than a pat on the back.

The VP provides an uneasy, hostile work environment for the hard working individuals in "his" office. Don't expect a team driven environment, it's the VPs office. Don't even smile, it's looked down upon. Even with his years of experience and executive title he still carries not even an ounce of integrity or morals. He is disrespectful to employees, vendors and subcontractors. The turn over rate is so high because of him. His cousins own the company and I'm sure he is only around due to that reason specifically. The company doesn't carry any core values. They don't train entry level employees yet expect you to follow the "Onni way."
