      Great company to learn and grow as a professional. Principals prioritize challenging and encouraging junior staff.

      Cons

      If you want a place where you will be given small pieces of projects and micro managed, or a place where you can coast it likely won't be a good fit.

      Pros

      Get to see the full life cycle of bridges and roads - from survey when there is only ribbon in the field, design in the office, construction and installation of your design, then inspections in the years afterwards. A great engineering job where you are continually growing and learning as you see that you have designed being built and what worked and well and what you could do better next time.

      Cons

      Field days can be long - but they take you to some amazing places!
