      Pros

      Inflated salaries for the work involved (compared to what your average nurse makes) and decent benefits

      Cons

      Dated hiring practices. Previous president had a racist mindset which trickled down the hierarchy. Unionized staff take every possible advantage of the system and the entitlement factor is prominent across the board. Diversity is nonexistent.

      Good salary, Benefits from day one

      - Worst IT Dept , I have ever worked in - No freedom, think like they want otherwise you dont know anything - Everybody thinks I am smarter than other (which is absolute illusion) and try to push ideas even its a meaningless - Completely old mentalities from top to bottom, not open to accept ideas - lots an lots of gossips - Completely negative environment - If you really wanna spend your time discussing unnecessary things and not achieving real things than this place is for you
