Management - Poor-top down leadership from the Administration If you have a lot of ideas and are above-average capability, this is not the organization for you. Too small fry. No vision. Do not value the student experience and how events and investment in this area is what build school spirit and student pride which creates alumni engagement as well as word-of-mouth advertising to attract new students International students ARE second tier to domestic International was always tossed around at the administrative level as nobody wanted ownership Incredibly risk-averse even compared to other institutions
