I’ve always felt supported at Onyx, management or supervisors are always just a text or phone call away, and while the industry itself can be touch and go, Onyx does their best to keep employees busy even during slower months
Cons
Travel pay leaves a bit to be desired, and no health benefits (they do offer to pay a certain dollar amount per month towards your own private plan instead), and day rates are a little low compared to other companies, but I’d take the lower rate and steady work any day
