The space Oomba was attempting to create is an interesting and cool one. Gaming and software are both fun, modern industries to be a part of in theory.
Cons
Dishonest and corrupt at the very top. CEO, Michael Williams, is erratic and volatile: during my time there, he would often go on lengthy aggressive tirades where he openly berated/personally insulted employees and constantly altered the entire scope of our projects without clear direction, making it nearly impossible to complete tasks. Pay was never consistent and we weren't provided needed tools and systems due to the poor/reckless spending handled by those at the top. I'd be wary of the 5 star reviews on here, as the CEO encouraged us to leave fake positive reviews on the company's social pages, these very well could have been written by him and friends.
