      Pros

      The CTO, Kannan, is an incredible leader and I am learning so much from him every day. He is always willing to help and understand, which makes a big difference for a QA. It is rare to find a CTO who actually cares about your professional growth. The work is interesting, and you get to use innovation modern tools .You get to work on interesting problems with a high degree of independence. The team is friendly, and there is a lot of room to grow your technical skills and take lead.

      Cons

      As the company scales, documentation can occasionally lag behind the pace of development. Some processes are still being defined, which can lead to temporary bottlenecks during rapid release cycles.

      Pros

      Ooodles is overall, a great place to work. The Senior team are very supportive and approachable, and with remote working , makes work - life balance very easy to manage. We all work as one team to achieve the clear objectives set.
