      Pros

      - Remote work 4 days a week - Challenging projects that forces you to always learn new things - Great Team&People - Day off gifted for your birthday - CSR oriented (RSE en français) - When work is well done, the gratitude is here, and you feel that Thierry is genuine when praising others, always nice to hear that.

      Cons

      - Scaling up a bit too fast, hard to keep up with constant and fast change - Having a lot of projects to handle makes it hard to specialize in one thing, so multitasking is essential. - A bit crowded when not working remotely

      Pros

      Ooshot is an amazing place to work. As a Business Developer, I greatly appreciated all of the flexibility I had in my work hours/telecommute. They emphasize work-life balance, but also offer room to grow your career with several training workshops. I would strongly recommend this employer to anyone.

      Cons

      During my few years at Ooshot, I didn't face any challenges or issues, on the contrary communication with the managers was very friendly and smooth.
