      - Lots of talented and positive people that are always willing to help, especially in the R&D department. - Breakfast and Dinner served at the office - 1000 NIS Cibus

      Cons

      - The company's focus is always to spend as little money as possible, and there are no other benefits except the ones listed in the Pros. - The rare company events are laughable (like a party at an employee's house) - After a round of layoffs, the CEO said in an all-hands meeting that there won't be additional layoffs in the near future. Then proceeded to execute a new round of layoffs.

      Colleagues were really smart and technically good.Salary was competitive

      Cons

      The company constantly lies on the status of the final product and the projects being sold. Product is far away from competitors.Different management levels are not transparent on the financial status of the company, they report that 200 millions are available, but months later this money was actually not available. Management focuses in selling fume. Constant hiring and laying off people.
