      Pros

      Everyone on the OpAD team is extremely passionate about what they do and works with the highest integrity. Got to work with really great clients doing super relevant and important work.

      Cons

      Not necessarily a downside, but after onboarding, you'll be given a lot of responsibility early on so if you're looking for somewhere to slack off this is not the place for you. Management, while very supportive, definitely expects you to work hard, but if you do you'll gain a ton of experience.

      I work on some interesting and exciting projects.

      Everyone here at OpAD Media is overloaded and overworked, except for the leadership. This company is severely understaffed, but the leadership is too cheap and greedy to hire more people. Instead, employees here are given unreasonable amounts of workload and responsibilities, even though the pay remains the same.

      Pros

      Working with some cool clients, which can make the work interesting and diverse. It's was a great opportunity to meet with different industries and gain exposure to projects.

      Cons

      The company does not support its employees and consistently overworks and disrespects them. Leadership values blame over teaching and roles frequently expand beyond without proper compensation or recognition. Instead of fostering growth, management is quick to criticize employees for tasks and does not provide any tangible solutions, support is met with condescension.
