Pros

The customers of OpalSoft are similar to my previous employers, This made transitioning into a new location feel more comfortable in my opinion. Many of my new coworkers have a very similar background and work history to me so we work together well.

Cons

Customers systems are slow to indoc OpalSoft new employees. Opalsoft itself I have no gripe..
