Pros

If you have no better options , then go for the money but make sure come out no matter what else you will be thrown for sure . CEO is good person

Cons

1) Hire and fire policy. No job security 2) No projects, you will be shown the exit door if your project gets over 3) mostly reviews are fake written by marketing and HR team, 4) Mentally torture by some of the management people. 5) small scale company contract bases projects 6) micro management

Few good senior people. Tool stack. Few good project.

Bad experience. I joined this company recently and it big mistake. Many people are leaving this company because company is not doing good. Sales co-founder is a political person, he create miss understandings between me and my team leader. He blame me for client complaint which was not my fault. Low personality with full show off. DevOps are not much in company. senior members only 1-2 and they keep complaining about work life balance. Always angry and frustrated in their own world. While hiring they show me very different picture and actually they are not good people they want me work on multiple projects I start getting negative feedback all of sudden from my manager to improve my communication but not one founder can talk properly. bad communication and english at higher level.

1) Very poor work environment, Don't throw employees directly into project and expect them to work without giving any idea 2) Seniors look at you as you are useless. Want good output have friendly culture 3) No platform to show your innovation or skills 4) Bad reimbursement policies 5) No concerns for employees
