Very comfortabele working hours and you are not really expected to do too much overtime so the work/family life balance is quite good

Cons

Very limited flexibility on the given working hours, Flexitime ? what flexitime, if you get in to work early, well that's your loss !!

Good salary, large company with on the paper many career opportunities

Cons

Total disconnection of leadership from people on the field. Decisions are made based on personal opinion without taking into consideration experts feedback. Absolutely 0 HR policy in terms of skills development. People are left alone even for the basic administrative prolems.

Opel as a company group, are very good to work for. They take care of their employees, pay very well and have a great work ethic.

Cons

Although I can't fault the company as a group, the Irish head office is led by extremely two-faced, self absorbed individual, who believes the world rotates around them! Some really nice people in the office, but the "bad apple" spoils the entire pie!!! Superficial doesn't begin to explain...
