Pros

Great mission and vision. Wonderful community and very hard working employees.

Cons

The company was once a fine place to work until the recruitment of it's CEO, Mr. James Platten who only wants to be seen as "CEO." This human being is nepotic, crude and vindictive. He is lazy and lacks any competency for the job. He lacks any form of cultural understanding and is not wiling to learn. He also spends the money of the company like it's his personal money. Her is recruiting friends and family and trying to change the look of the company. bad idea..this company is going down.
