Thank you for sharing your feedback about your time at the ODI. I'm delighted you enjoyed the great socials and activities during your tenure. It's always good when work comes with a side of fun! Like many organisations, especially in the non-profit sector, we’ve been undergoing some changes recently. I’m sorry you feel this has resulted in an offer that’s not as clear as it could be. We’ll certainly take that on board along with your comments about meeting client needs, although I have to say we receive a lot of very positive feedback from our clients.
